Getting started is simple! Just contact us with your project details. Whether you need custom t-shirts, hats, jerseys, or promotional items, our team will help design, print, and deliver high-quality pieces tailored to your brand or event.
How long does it take to customize a clothing orders?
Orders are usually completed within 15–21 business days once final design approval and payment are received. If you’re on a tight timeline, rush orders may be available based on product availability—reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Will the print wash off?
Nope! Our printing methods are industry-grade and long-lasting. With proper care, your prints will withstand hundreds of washes—outlasting most garments.
Which fabrics are best for printing?
We recommend cotton and cotton-polyester blends for optimal print quality. For materials that don’t print well, we offer embroidery or sublimation as alternatives.
Is your apparel high quality?
Yes! We source from top vendors offering premium, ethically made garments. Many are OEKO-TEX® certified, WRAP compliant, and partners of Better Cotton Initiative.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just your design or logo! We prefer Adobe Illustrator (AI, EPS, or SVG) and high-resolution .png formats. If you need help creating a design, we’ve got in-house graphic services to help you bring your ideas to life.
What products can I customize?
Thousands! From tees, hoodies, hats, and teamwear to bags, mugs, and promo items—if it can be customized, we can print it.
How does your sizing run?
Most of our items are true to size. For a roomier fit, size up. For more accuracy, refer to the size chart on each product page.
How should I wash my printed apparel?
To preserve the print:
- Turn garments inside out
- Wash cold
- Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
- Hang dry or tumble dry low (inside out)

Transfers are materials like vinyl, glitter, rhinestones, or plastisol prints applied via heat press. We help you choose the right one based on fabric and design.
What kind of machine do you use?
We use the Hotronix Fusion Heat Press—top-of-the-line for precision, pressure, and premium finishes.

What is embroidery?

What is Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing?
DTF is a next-gen method that prints vibrant designs onto a transfer film, then presses it into fabric. It’s perfect for full-colour, durable prints on a wide range of materials.
What is Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing?
DTG uses inkjet technology to print designs directly onto fabric—great for detailed, short-run prints with lots of colour variation.

What is sublimation?
This method uses heat to embed ink directly into polyester or polyblend fabrics, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting prints that won’t peel or crack.
What can be sublimated?
Perfect for poly apparel, mugs, mousepads, coasters, and more—anything with a polymer coating.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 15-21 business days after payment. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to global shipping issues.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once shipped, we’ll send your tracking info by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Rates vary based on location and customs/duties.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees depend on your region. Any customs or duties are the customer’s responsibility.

What’s your return policy?
All custom-printed products are considered final sale unless they meet the following conditions:
We accept returns only if:
- Your item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent
- The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging
- Your return request is submitted within 5 days of delivery
If your order meets these conditions, we’ll happily replace the item free of charge —including the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
