📦 Refunds & Returns Policy
Custom Apparel & Printed Merchandise
At DoMuch Concepts, we stand behind the quality of our custom-printed apparel and promotional products. Because each item is made to order, all custom-printed products are considered final sale—but if there’s a manufacturing defect or we made an error with your order, we’ll make it right.
✅ What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns only if:
- Your item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent
- The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging
- Your return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
If your order meets these conditions, we’ll happily replace the item free of charge or issue a refund—including the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
🕒 Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date. We cannot accept returns after this period.
❌ What Can’t Be Returned?
- Custom printed or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Sale or discounted items
- Used or worn apparel
- Items returned after 14 days
All custom t-shirt orders, personalized jerseys, and printed garments are final sale as they are made specifically for you. Please double-check your order details before confirming!
🔁 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received
To request an exchange, email us at sales@domuchconcepts.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and your preferred resolution (refund or replacement).
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm the status of your refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If denied, we’ll explain why and provide any next steps.
🕵️ Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (it may take a few days to post)
- Contact your bank for updates on processing timelines
If you’ve done all this and still have issues, email us at sales@domuchconcepts.com with your order number.
🎁 Gift Orders
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the return is received, we’ll email a gift certificate to you.
If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
📬 How to Return Your Item
- Contact sales@domuchconcepts.com with your order number and issue
- We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective/wrong)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For high-value returns, we recommend using tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance
